Hey everyone. We hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had
a great one although hectic as usual. We also celebrated our son
Xaviers 3rd birthday friday with his party on saturday. Time flies.
Children really do grow up fast. Well anyway I would like to get some
posts going on here, so if any of you have any questions or anything
you would like to discuss feel free to post. Erik is now writing his
own column monthly for Muscular Development Magazine and he always
includes some questions and answers in his column. We are always
looking for a good question. It does not necessarily have to be
training related. We hope everyone has a great holiday season and we
are looking forward to hearing from you.
