Colleen Winder and I have been working on the AGM for 2007.
Any one wishing to put ideas out feel free.
I am looking at a few locations.
Devon, St. Albert and a possible lodge we can rent and have catered
supper.
Invitations will be sent out in Dec and RSVP with payment is a must.
NO tickets will be sold at the door. No admittance with out a ticket.
I am not sure what the cost will be this year until I get pricing on
catering.
For those who like to drop in after the meal for the dance only
advance tickets will be sold for $20 per person.
Entertainment is booked. Considering a guest speaker for an hour or so
after the meeting in the afternoon. Chris Merriott a personal trainer
and rider has been asked.
Give us some before season motivation and information on getting fit
for riding.
