Says an expert, "The 'bird flu' being discussed now is one in which the healthy immune system of the able bodied ... attacks the lungs..." goes autoimmune BIG time. Maybe they just don't notice effects of 'the other' ... until the immune system is about worn out from over activity? If you had diabetes or serious FATIGUE that no rest helps ... start up after 'flu-like' symptoms, maybe you were overexposed to a chemical like 2-butoxyethanol. Maybe you were poisoned. What were you doing right then?

Do you know what the liver does?
Informative info. Are you taking any medications? If you also have fatigue & can't find the cause, it could be autoimmune hemolytic anemia. If the red blood cells are more immature than they should be ... then ask you doctor to order a manual instead of a computer blood test results (for accurate liver and WBC counts)

just died - age 67 of 'rare' lung cancer (mesothelioma) Did he have a parent serving in the WWII? Mesothelioma is more likely caused from 2-butoxyethanol type exposures, not asbestos as is commonly believed
