Just FYI, a moonlight hike on Dec 7 wil not have much moonlight. If
the hike begins at 6:00 pm as usual, the moon will be 6 degrees below
the eastern horizon, and if we finish at 8:00 pm it will be 9 degrees
above the eastern horizon. In neither case will it provide much light.
Bring flashlights!
