NetPosse.com Announcement - Law enforcement sees a spike in old-time thievery....

With all of the disorder and mayhem that many of us experience in our daily lives we forget to take care of, or don't even think about, protecting ourselves against theft. The recession has spurred cutbacks, layoffs and, now, increased theft. With the economy tanking, law enforcement sees a spike in old-time thievery. And what do people steal in times of recession? Cash, clothes, cigarettes, copper - pretty much everything, including our horses, tack, trailers and other farm equipment. NetPosse.com helps you keep track of the crimes around you, and we have improved our service again!

NetPosse.com Partners with Constant Contact to Distribute IDAHO Alerts

If you have not done so already, we are inviting you to subscribe to our NetPosse.com IDAHO Alerts and the NetPosse e-Newsletter. They're FREE! To provide a quick and effective way of sending our alerts to our volunteers, Stolen Horse International will be sending the NetPosse.com IDAHO Alerts through Constant Contact. We hope you like this new feature! (See an example at the end of this email.)

It is easy to join.

  • Go to www.netposse.com
  • Type your email address into the box under this phrase in the upper left side of the site: Sign up for our Free NetPosse Email Newsletter and IDAHO Alerts here. "
  • Re-type your email address again
  • Check the HTML box to receive your info from us showing pictures.
  • Answer the questions with (*) that are required. (Don't worry, it is only a few things)
  • Hopefully you will fill out as much of the other info requested like your county and surrounding counties. (Info is for our use only)

We will soon be expanding our coverage

You may have already seen one of our NetPosse.com IDAHO Alerts for horses, tack and trailers. Once our new website is up, we will be expanding our search criteria to help the horse industry see where agricultural thefts and crimes of all kinds occur.

We Need You!

Happy endings are the goal of all the work, we do together. And this week, the NetPosse.com website is full of horses that still need to find their way home.  While Stolen Horse International is consistently here when horses and equipment are stolen, lost and found, the day to day work that volunteers makes possible presses on, through our IDAHO Alert network. Stolen Horse International and the victims can't thank volunteers who post a flyer or forward an alert enough for making possible both the largest and the smallest of miracles.

Thank you for your time reading this message. If you decide to join us, thank you more than you know.
