Hi All,

Did you all see the great report/article/pictures on the Debbie
Dumphy, Introduction to Judging Clinic held last Mar.06 in the
Libertyville Sentinel? Hope you get a chance to look at that
article, and think about the next steps you would like to see Drill
in the Mid-West take,, or,,, not take,,, to formalize communication
and plan for Drill in this part of the country.

We agreed we would talk among ourselves and plan for a meeting in
July.

What are your thoughts? Should we continue to Plan? What? Where?
and When? Please share these questions with your team and people
who do subscribe to this site.

Maybe we can get together at the Circle KD Competition and pick a
meeting date/time. We are open to all suggestions.

IMO, the successful results of Debbie Dumphies presentation last
Mar. was evident at the KMRR competition June 10. I believe there
were 10 teams that competed, including some new teams. Would you
believe 2 teams Driving Mini's! All the teams put on great shows
and had good rides. The audience and riders all had a wonderful
time. Best of all, the Judges all had participated in Debbies
clinic.

We have taken one big step toward the future and I hope we as a
group continue. Let's hear your thoughts.
