Dear DolFan UK Members, Bill (Bazos), Luca (DolFan Italia),

We have now finalised the pricing and options for the Club Do, and the
pre-game events during the weekend of the game at The Waters Edge,
Canal Cottages, Packet Boat Lane, Cowley, Uxbridge, Middx.

There will be three options, and price structures for the weekend,
which will be listed below.

Option 1 The main Club Do on Saturday night. Price, £12.50 per person

Option 2 The pre-game brunch, Sunday lunchtime, with return coach
travel to Wembley, £22.50 per person

Option 3 Both of the above, £30 per person

We feel that these prices represent excellent value for our members,
and this should be the best ever Club Do(s). A buffet is included in
the price, but drinks will have to be bought at the bar. We will be
holding a raffle (tickets on sale on the night), having music and a
quiz (with a slightly different format), and are currently in talks
with NBC Miami, and Sky Sports News who have indicated interest in
covering the Club Do.

The venue is easily accessible from London/Wembley/Heathrow.

From London, you can either take the Metropolitan or Piccadilly Lines
to Uxbridge, then get a 222 bus from the station to the Paddington
Packet Boat pub, and walk down Packet Boat Lane for 2 mins. You can
also get a main line train from Paddington to West Drayton, then get
the Uxbridge 222 bus to the above pub.

For any of our fans at the Renaissance Heathrow, you can get the
Uxbridge bound 222 bus directly outside the hotel to the bus stop near
the above pub. Alternatively, a taxi will take approx 10 mins and will
cost approx £8.
N.B. rooms may still be available at the hotel!

Now for the important bit! In order to finalise numbers, and order the
coaches, we will need your names and cheques with us by 1st October.
Please note, because we have to pay in advance for the food and
coaches, requests will be non-refundable.
At this stage, we will not be issuing tickets, but will have a guest
list to be checked off on the door.

Please ensure you clearly indicate which option you require, and send
the correct amount, by cheque payable to DolFan UK.

Please clearly mark the envelopes "CLUB DO", and post to us at DolFan
UK, PO Box 939, Uxbridge, UB8 9HB.

We will inform you of start times in due course, but it's likely to be
7pm on the Saturday, and between 12:30 and 1pm on the Sunday (to be
confirmed).

With regard to match tickets, we will inform you of the sale
procedures in due course, as stated in our earlier email. Tickets will
have to be collected from the committee on the weekend of the game due
to restrictions placed upon us by the NFL. Also, due to seat location,
and the additional condition of sale placed upon us by the Dolphins,
ALL DolFans and their guests should be dressed in Dolphins gear, or
remain neutral....no other NFL teams' shirts please.
