I'm in the process of developing some 2005 minor league park factors
for DMB. I have received home/road stats from the league offices of
the Eastern League, International League, and Pacific Coast Leagues.
The league offices have been VERY COOPERATIVE and responded to my
request within 1 day.

The Southern League and Texas Leagues have been VERY UNCOOPERATIVE.

As all the leagues use the same stat service, the difference in
attitude seems strange to me. The TL and SL have treated my request as
if the stats were top secret information???

The resulting factors will be used for a DMB league and will not be
used for business purposes.
