Ready to start new head-to-head league in the summer of 2006 with
primary emphasis on netplay. 28-team, mixed league with salary cap and
free-agent signings in lieu of draft. Full 162-game season, played in
54 three-game series (play your series in one night). Transactions
allowed between series. Working on preparing constitution to be
ratified by charter members of league.
