I have just created a league that will begin play next season. I'd
like to use the rest of this season to draft full rosters heading into
the annual rookie draft this winter. There are several openings for
managers, so if you ever wanted to build an entire franchise from the
ground up, here is your chance!

The league will be a fairly typical hands-on league, with this twist:
every year, three players will randomly file for free agency, and you
can only keep one of them. To make things more interesting, you will
know all season long who these players are, so you can shop them at
the trade deadline if you like.

Other than that it will be a fairly typical league. I have written the
rules to be loose but fair, hence the league name: NFPL, or No Fine
