THURSDAY RUN/SNOWSHOE & PARTY
Location: Willow Springs. See directions below. There's not a map on
the DTR site.
6:15pm – all
If you want to run early, I suggest running the roads at Red Rocks.
Most of the trails will probably be wet.

Run/ Snowshoe: There will be an option to run or snowshoe. The run
will be on roads. The snowshoe will be on trails above their house.
The snowshoe option will depend on snow conditions. There's plenty of
snow now, but we'll see how it holds up in the expected warm weather
on Wed & Thu. You may be able to run the trail with screwshoes or
other traction devices. Both the road and trail routes will have
leaders/guides.

Party: Rick's 40th birthday. It's also Jeff's 48th. Christine and Rick
will provide a main dish. Please bring side dishes, salads, drinks, or
other stuff to share. If you forget to get food, you are welcome to
attend anyway. There's always plenty of extra food. DTR will provide
plates, napkins, utensils, cups, etc. The party will start about
7:15-7:30pm

Directions: 5939 Willow Springs Dr, Morrison, 80465. (303) 277-1817.
There are a few different ways to get there.

C470 to hwy 285 south (towards Fairplay).
Go 2mi up the hill to the next exit, hwy 8.
Continue N from 285 on hwy 8.
Take the first right, onto Willow Springs Rd, just past the white
mansion, just before The Fort restaurant.
*Follow the road down the hill, under the hwy, and up the other side.
After the top of the hill, by the golf/country club, turn right onto
Willow Springs Dr.
^You'll pass a small lake on your left. Continue up the hill
At the top of the hill, stay left at the first Y.
At the next Y, their house is directly ahead of you, across from the
mail boxes.
Turn left and park on the side of the road. There is some room up the
driveway for the first several people to arrive.

C470 to the Morrison exit.
Head west, through the town of Morrison.
^^Turn left onto hwy 8, the second light in Morrison.
Go south on hwy 8, up the hill, about 1.8mi.
Turn left onto Willow Spring Rd, just past The Fort restaurant, just
before the white mansion and hwy 285.
Follow the directions above.*

C470 to Quincy (if coming from the south)
Head west, then south on Quincy.
Turn right, west on Belleview, where Quincy ends.
Take Belleview 1.7mi up the hill, to Willow Springs Dr.
Turn left on Willow Springs, and follow the directions above.^

I70 to the Red Rocks exit, #259.
Go south on hwy 93 to the town of Morrison.
