Saturday is the CMRA 10-mile race at Chatfield. The is mostly flat and
almost all on dirt - a mix of wide open dirt paths, twisty
single-track, and some sandy sections. CMRA races are low-keyed, fun
and inexpensive. There are always lots of prizes. The race only costs
$10 for non-members; free for members; only $25/year to join, which

CMRA is asking people to carpool into the park, to save/share the
$6/car entry fee. They're asking people to meet outside the park, at a

ERC
Saturday's Evergreen Runners Circle (ERC) run is at Chief Hosa. ERC is
a free group. Several DTRs run are regulars with ERC. Chief Hosa is a
good run location for newcomers. The run is out-and-back, so you can
run as long as, and turn around wherever you want. The run is mostly
on a dirt road, with a fairly moderate grade. ERC runs start at 8:30,
fairly promptly.

SUNDAY RUN @ LAIR
Join us for a run at Lair of the Bear park on Sunday. Meet at the
trail head, at the W end of the dirt lot, ready to run, at 8:30am.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can discuss how far different
people want to run. I expect that there will be a variety of paces.
Some people have mentioned running from 1:30-2:00. Some of us may run
as far as Pence park, and back. The route is out-and-back, so you can
go as far as you want.

SUNDAY GOLDEN
Meet Ron for Sunday morning runs in Golden. Meet at 7:30 a.m., outside
Brooks Field, CSM Stadium, on 12th Street in Golden. They will run one
of six or more different routes in the Golden area. All of the courses
allow for varying lengths (e.g. 6-14+ miles) and paces, depending on
