THURSDAY RUN
Run Location: Red Rocks/Matthews Winters. Meet at the Trading Post (TP).
Mary's group - 3:30pm
Scott's group - 5:30pm
Main group - 6:15pm

Run Notes: The weather should be great and the trails dry, so we'll
head into Matthews Winters (MW). If you don't have a good light, feel
free to stick to the Red Rocks roads. For those heading into MW, the
suggested route is to go left at the RR junction in MW, climb the
south side of the Morrison Slide trail, cross the top of the plateau
and down the other side. At the MS junction, take a sharp right and
head around the plateau, and back to the Red Rocks road, D2. From
there, choose your way back depending on time:
Short – Up the paved road via 3-WAY to TP.
Short Intermediate – Cross the paved road and take the trail (purple
line) around to 3-WAY, then TP.
Long Intermediate – Cross the paved road and take the dirt road to D1,
right on the paved road to around the left curve, then up the short
trail to TP.
Long – Run the trails on the lower, southern part of Red Rocks (not on
the map).

Upcoming Thursday schedule: We'll continue to run on Thursdays through
the winter. We're open to suggestions for run locations and will ask
at the runs each week. We'll try to stay on the better trails as long
as they're dry. Weather may dictate a late change in any run location.

SATURDAY EVERGREEN
The Evergreen Runners Circle (ERC) holds FREE runs every Saturday,
8:30am, on trails, in the Evergreen area. Several DTR regulars join
these runs. The ERC runs are typically about 60 minutes long. They
usually go out for coffee/breakfast afterwards. Please forward your

SUNDAY GOLDEN
Golden weekend runs are Sundays at 7:30 a.m. Meet outside Brooks
Field, CSM Stadium, on 12th Street in Golden, and run on one of six or
more different routes in the Golden area. All of the courses allow for
varying lengths (e.g. 6-14+ miles) and paces, depending on the
interests of the runners on that day. For further information contact
