THURSDAY RUN
Run Location: Lookout Mtn/Chimney Gulch. There are three times/groups
to choose from:
Mary's group - 3:30pm
Scott's group - 5:30pm
Main group - 6:00pm
Run Notes: This is the last week of daylight savings time. You can run
the trail, road, or combination. Many of us will run up on the trail,
and down on the road. Please bring a light and reflective gear, even
if you are running the road. It's just as important to be seen (by
cars), as it is for you to see.
Sunset 5:59pm
End Civil Twilight 6:27pm
This is an out-and-back run. Turn around based on time, not location.
The road is ¾-mi longer than the trail. Please take that into account
when planning when to turn. We try to wait for everyone at the finish.
Please be considerate and finish on time (generally an hour after the
main group start, announced at the start of the run), or let us know
that you are going to stay out longer so that we don't have to go out
looking for you.
Bring your leftover candy to tide us over from the end of the run
until dinner.
Upcoming Thursday schedule (subject to change):
We'll continue to run on Thursdays through the winter. We're open to
suggestions for run locations each week.
