TUESDAY SPEED
The speed workouts will continue as long as there is enough interest.
The season is winding down for many of us. Please let me know if you
would like these to continue.

THURSDAY RUN
Run Location: Apex. The main group will start at 6:15pm; the early
group at 5:30pm.
Run notes: There are clockwise and counter-clockwise route choices.
Before the start, the group will decide which way to go. This is a
popular biking location. If you are running towards the front or rear
of a pack, please alert the others runners of bikers by calling out
"bike up" or "bike back." On the steeper hills, try to yield to uphill
riders. It's a lot easier for a runner to stop and restart, than for a
rider to have to restart going uphill.
Tentative schedule:
9/13; O'Fallon
9/20; Lookout/Chimney Gulch. Party at Gayle & Rueben's after the run.
9/27; South Valley park
10/4; Hogback/Matthews Winters. 6PM start
10/11; South Table Mtn.
10/18; Bear Creek Lake Park
If you are new to DTR and unfamiliar with the trails, and for more
information about DTR, including FAQs, please go to the link below.
