Join us on Saturday for a run at altitude. We'll run about 1:30, at a
moderate pace, on a trail without a lot of steep or long hills. The
plan is to run near Berthoud Pass (this may change in the morning).

Meet at 7:00am, at the Cold Spring Park-n-Ride, 4th and Union, in
Lakewood. Take 6th ave. to the Simms/Union exit. Go south. Take the
first left at 4th, then left into the lot. Meet towards the N end of
the lot.

If coming from Evergreen, we'll pick you up at the bottom of Floyd
Hill (jct of hwy 65 & I70), at 7:25am. Respond if meeting us here so
we know to stop and wait for you. Reply is not necessary if meeting us
at Cold Spring.

Sunday, come out for the CMRA race at Elk Meadow. The 5.8mi race
starts at 8:00am, from the upper/Stagecoach lot. It's a pretty,
rolling trail.
