THURSDAY RUN

Run Location: Apex if it's dry; Red Rocks if it's wet. The main group
will start at 6:15pm; the early group at 5:30pm.

Run notes: The forecast calls for a chance of rain/snow. If it's wet,
we'll go to Red Rocks and run the roads. WE DON'T RUN ON MUDDY TRAILS!
Otherwise, we'll run the clockwise routes at Apex. Be prepared for
either. If you are unsure, you can call my cell phone on the late
afternoon, 303-870-0487. PLEASE READ THE MAP & ROUTE DESCRIPTION if
you haven't run here before.

If you are new to DTR and unfamiliar with the trails, and for more

OTHER DTR AFFILIATED RUNS

SATURDAY EVERGREEN
The Evergreen Runners Circle (ERC) holds FREE runs every Saturday,
8:30am, on trails, in the Evergreen area. Several DTR regulars join
these runs. The ERC runs are typically about 60 minutes long. They
usually go out for coffee/breakfast afterwards. Please forward your
questions to Dave via the ERC link below. For more info about the ERC
schedules, go to: http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/Lodge/7018/index.html
Schedule:
4/7: O'Fallon Park.
4/14: Genesee Overlook
4/21: Alderfer/Three Sisters, upper lot, from the yellow house.
4/28: Maxwell Falls
5/5: Evergreen Lake House
5/12: Mount Falcon. Upper lot.

SUNDAY GOLDEN
Golden weekend runs are Sundays at 7:30 a.m. Meet outside Brooks
Field, CSM Stadium, on 12th Street in Golden, and run on one of six or
more different routes in the Golden area. All of the courses allow for
varying lengths (e.g. 6-14+ miles) and paces, depending on the
interests of the runners on that day. For further information contact
Ron Benioff at rnbenioff@... 303-279-6152.

Interested in another weekday or weekend group run? Pick a time and
place, and we'll post it to the group.

WEEKEND RUN WITH JOE
Joe Wolf is inviting runners to join him for a long run, this Sat, at
Chatfield.

"What: 6.5 mile run, @ Chatfield, Blue Sky Loop (My suggested name
for Dan's loop) - I plan to run it 6 times.

When: This Saturday, April 7 @ 6:00 AM, 7:10 AM, 8:20 AM, 9:30 AM,
10:40 AM, 11:50 AM, 1:00 PM. Okay, only 6 AM is definite, I will have
a clipboard on my truck - Red Ford Ranger pickup. Each runner can
write their Start Time, Number of loops planned, and split time on
your way by. That way, any runners that start later can have an idea
of how long they need to wait for a running partner.

Where: Waterton Canyon Lot, the second one (directly across from
Waterton Canyon, but we will be exiting the lot in the opposite
direction, into Chatfield.) There is a very posh shit-hole, complete
with a permanent structure, TP and chilly updrafts at the start,
another one about 100 yds from the start and another about 2.5 miles
out. Lots of trees and leaves after that."
