Join us for the regular Tuesday speed workout on July 4. We'll start
at 8:30am, at South Table Mountain. Some of us will mtn bike there
after the run.

The workout will be repeats of a loop - about 5 min hard, half uphill
and half flat; with about a 3 min recovery, moderately downhill.
We'll warm-up and cool down together. Bring water, extra shirt, etc.,
to leave at the end of the loop.
After the run, join us for a mountain bike ride.
The 8:30am start should allow you to sleep in a bit, and still get in
a good workout before it gets too hot.
