The workout will be 4-5 repeats, of a loop, that I estimate to be about 5 min hard, 2 min easy. We will warm up together. The warmup will include doing the loop once together. This will give you a chance to see it easy, and get an idea of how long it will take, before we run it hard. We will then repeat the workout for about 25 minutes - faster runners will do more repeats than slower runners during this time. Then, we will jog back to the cars together. You can bring water, etc., to stash on the trail, by the start of the loop.
All abilities are welcome. The loop and time based workout allows a range of abilities to do the same workout together.
