BOLDER BOULDER is kicking off its 2005 speaker series with Neal
Henderson - Monitoring Effort: How Hard Should I Train, 7:30pm,
Millennium Harvest House Hotel, 1345 28th Street. Neal is Coordinator
of Sport Science at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine, a USA
Triathlon Expert Coach and President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of
the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also an exercise
physiologist with expertise applying the science of training into
appropriate training programs for athletes of all abilities. He will
be discussing the use of pace, perceived effort, heart rate, and
general exercise physiology responses to optimize training for
