I am offering the trail running clinic again on Sunday, June 29. This
is rescheduled from June 7, when it was cancelled due to rain and mud.
I need at least 5 people to sign up in order to hold the clinic.

Clinic Info
What: 3+ hours of on the trail drills, instruction and feedback. Don't
worry. It's not 3 hours of running.
Who: Any runner of any ability. Road runners too. Flaws in your
technique are multiplied when you run on trails. So, becoming more
efficient on the trails will make you that much better on the roads.
When: 7:30am - 10:30am or longer, as needed.
Where: Morrison, Golden, Evergreen. Exact location TBD next week
depending on trail conditions.
