Howdy!

Becca here, I'm planning a long run in Golden Gate Canyon State Park this
Sunday. I plan to run for about 3 hours, which should be about 15 miles
(although I hear this park is hilly, so who knows?!?). If this pace sounds good
to you, join me! We are going to meet at the Ralston Roost trailhead at 9:45am,
snag a picnic site, and head out. After the run there will be a pot-luck

For those coming from Denver who want to carpool up, meet at Noa Noa Espresso,
in Golden, between 8:45-9:00am. Noa Noa is at 109 Rubey Dr, near the junction of
Iowa & hwy 93, ~3/4 mi N of hwys 6 & 58, and 1/2 mi S of Golden Gate Cyn Rd.
It's about a 30 min drive from there to the trailhead.
