This Thursday's run is at South Table Mtn. Meet in the NREL visitors
lot. The early group starts at 5:30pm. The main group starts at
6:00pm. If you're running with the main group, please arrive early so
that you are ready to start running at 6:00pm. Sunset is at 6:30pm;
twilight ends at 6:57pm. We want to be able to get as much of the run
in as possible before it gets dark.

directions, route maps and descriptions, and other info about DTR.

Run Notes: There are not changing facilities or bathrooms at the
start. If needed, use facilities at the Denver West shopping center,
just across I70.

If you're new to this run, please print and bring the map. We'll run
straight out to the Golden Stairs (aka Castle Rock) and back via the
blue line. Faster runners may take a longer route back. There are no
trail signs, few landmarks, and lots of trails. It can be easy to get
lost. Please note the surroundings at key junctions on the way out.
Experienced runners, please help guide those new to the trail.

If you're not comfortable running at night, and don't have a light,
you may want to turn around early. Some of you may want to consider

DTR runs are not races. Once we're into the run, we spread out and
naturally form smaller sub-groups. Please stop and regroup by subgroup
at key intersections.

Bring warm and dry clothing for after the run. It cools off quickly
once the sun goes down.

Everyone is invited to join us for dinner after the run. After the
run, we will pick a nearby restaurant to go to.

Carpool: There's a regular carpool group for those of you who live or
work near downtown. Meet at the corner of 9th and Elati, by Denver
West High School, at 5:10 each Thursday. We will alternate who
