A FREE group for people who like trail running in the Denver, Colorado area.

+ Regular weekly trail runs, year round, in the foothills west of Denver (Morrison, Golden, Lakewood, etc.).
+ Snowshoeing and other winter activities.
+ Carpooling and weekend outings to mountain races and other group events.

All ages, experience and ability are welcome! We have people from sub-6 to 12+min pace, and others who walk many of the steeper trails. Ages range from teens-70+ years old. Some come out to train hard, others are there for more social reasons. Great training for Pikes Peak, Imogene, Leadville and other trail/ultra races, building strength for road races and triathlons, meeting new training partners, or just having fun on the trails.

DTR is designed to be as self-service as possible. To join the group and start receiving messages, follow the information at the bottom of this page. No spam, and we try to keep the volume of messages low.

To join us on one of the runs, just show up and have fun. No dues or sign-ups necessary.
