A FREE group for people who like trail running in the Denver, Colorado area.

+ Regular weekly trail runs, year round, in the foothills west of Denver (Morrison, Golden, Lakewood, etc.).

All ages, experience and ability are welcome! We have people from sub-6 to 12+min pace, and others who just walk the trails. Ages range from teens-70+ years old. Some come out to train hard, others are there for more social reasons. Great training for Pikes Peak, Imogene, Leadville and other trail/ultra races, building strength for road races and triathlons, meeting new training partners, or just having fun on the trails.
