The Delaware Four Wheelers is a group of racers that decided to get together in 1972 to have some casual racing. The vehicles are junk trucks that have been rebuilt with reinforced cockpits and safety features. All the drivers are registered members of the East Coast Four Wheel Drive Association.

The rules and regulations that the Delaware Four Wheelers follows are guidelines that are set by the East Coast 4 Wheel Drive Association(EC4WDA).
