Announcers: Jim Ross & Jerry "The King"Lawler

The show starts out with a rundown with all the matches and the divas
are now coming out on the stage. The Coach announces that the WWE
Divas will be dressed up as school girls according to the online vote.

Next up Coach brings out Chris Jericho and he is going to announce
who Jericho will face in his IC Title match. The introduce all the
possible opponents and show them backstage.

Chris Jericho vs Shelton Benjamin

The Coach announces after Jericho is in the ring that Shelton
Benjamin will face Jericho for the IC Title with 37% of the vote.
Chris Jericho starts out the match with total control and a few knife
edge chops. Shelton flips Jericho over the top rope and Jericho grabs
his lower back before rolling back in the ring where Shelton hooks on
a reverse neck lock.

Jericho reverses control of the match when he catches Benjamin in the
corner with a boot to the face. Jericho now has command of the match
as he works Benjamin over in the middle of the ring. Benjamin rolls
Jericho up with a sunset flip, but Jericho kicks out. Jericho is
quickly able to regain control of the match.

Jericho goes up to the top rope, but Shelton meets him and hits a
superplex off the top rope. Both men are now down but Jericho is able
to get to his feet first. Both men exchange blows in the middle of
the ring with Shelton getting the advantage. Shelton is then whipped
into the corner and hit a modified bulldog out of the corner.

Jericho goes for a lionsault, but Benjamin is able to avoid the move.

Action has picked up with Shelton hitting a nice move off the top
rope and then Jericho kicking out only to place Benjamin in the Walls
of Jericho. Benjamin then wraps Jericho up with an inside cradle but
Jericho is able to kick out. Benjamin then hits a T-Bone suplex.

He goes for a quick cover and gets it!

Winner: Shelton Benjamin & New Champion

Next up they have an interview backstage with Edge, Beniot, & HBK as
they say why they should get the shot at HHH tonight.

All three men say their piece and Coach comes out to announce the
winner.

After the fans have voted, HBK won the vote with 39% so he will get
the title shot tonight! Edge was second and Benoit was third.

Diva Battle Royal

Next up is the Diva Battle Royal. All of the girls make their way to
the ring wearing school girl outfits. Trish Stratus if the first out
to the ring, looking lovely in her outfit.

All of the other Divas are now in the ring with Stacy looking great.
The rules are similar to any other Battle Royal except the Divas only
have to be thrown through the ropes and not over the top rope.

The action breaks up on opposite ends of the ring.

The first Diva to get eliminated is Nidia after her top is ripped
off! She just falls through the ropes!

Jazz is also eliminated

Gail Kim is eliminated and so is Victoria. It's now down to three.

Stacy is next to get eliminated as she is double teamed by Molly &
Trish.

Trish quickly tosses Molly and then celebrates in the middle of the
ring. The only good thing about that match was some of the Divas
almost lost their clothes!

Winner: Trish Stratus

We then go backstage and learn that La Resistance will face Edge &
Benoit for the Tag Team Titles tonight.

Kane vs. Gene Snitsky

We are now treated with highlights leading up into the Kane vs Gene
Snitsky match.

The results of the weapon of choice is a "chain" which beat out the
lead pipe and steel chair. It looks like this match is up next as
they show Snitsky making his way to the ring.

Kane makes his way to the ring and the chain is dropped in the middle
of the ring as both men go for it, Kane grabs it and tosses it out of
the middle of the ring.

Lita comes down to the ring to join her husband for this match.

Snitsky runs out of the ring but goes to the opposite side of the
chain. Kane goes to the other side of the ring and picks up the
chain. Snitsky is able to sneak up on him and land a few blows where
he is tossed back into the ring and Snitsky grabs the chain.

Snitsky is turning the tables and is actually taking it to Kane. He
sends his head into the steel ringpost. Snitsky now gets the chain
and takes it to Kane's neck and now whips the chain into Kane's back.

Snitsky is choking Kane with the chain. He is basically dominating
the match.

Kane finally gets a shot in that takes Snitsky down to his knees, but
before he can get too much offense, Snitsky lands a big boot to the
side of the head and then into a slam and a quick cover.

Kane kicks out.

Snitsky gets the chain back and is just whipping Kane with it. Kane
has red welts all over his back. Snistky is now choking Kane out with
the chain.

Lita is yelling for Kane on the outside as Kane is trying to get back
up to one knee and get some offense in.

Kane finally reverses with a right hand and gets some offense which
causes Snitsky to drop the chain. Kane and Snitsky hit each other
with boots at the same time. Kane sits up in his usual fashion and as
he does, Lita grabs the chain out of Snitsky's hands and when he
turns around, Snitsky is hooked into the choke slam.

Snitsky kicks out of it and both men fall to the outside of the ring,
where Snitsky sends Kane into the steel steps.

Snitsky picks up a steel chair and drives into Kanes throat. He then
rolls him into the ring and uses it again into Kane's throat.

Shitsky then gets the chain and chokes him. Afterwards he gets the
steel chair and wraps the steel chair around Kane's throat and jumps
right down onto the chair.

Kane is bleeding out of his mouth and nose.

The referee calls for the EMT's. Kane is bleeding out of his mouth
and nose after the lethal blow from Snistky. Kane is gasping for air
as Snitsky gets back in the ring and gets the cover.

Winner: Gene Snitsky

The EMT's rush to the ring as Lita also jumps in the ring. Kane is
still gasping for air as the EMT's load Kane up on the stretcher.
Lita has a look of concern on her face.

After the match is over and Kane is on the stretcher, Snitsky runs
back down the ramp and tosses Kane off the stretcher face first into
the ramp.

Backstage we see Edge where he is asked his thoughts on teaming with
Benoit tonight. He complains how it should have been his title shot
tonight. Edge basically comes off complaining about the tag team
belts and teaming with Benoit and then says how he is destined to be
the "World Champion".

Eugene vs Eric Bischoff

Coach comes out and states that the next match will be Eugene vs
Bischoff. Bischoff makes his way to the ring first wearing his karate
uniform.

Eugene comes down happy as ever, but is quickly met with a kick from
Uncle Eric.

Bischoff lures Eugene in by faking an injury and hits him with
another kick.

Eugene quickly pops up and shows how mad he is as he attacks
Bischoff. Eugene lays Bischoff out and hits the big legdrop in no
time.

Winner: Eugene

Coach now comes out to announce the stipulation the fans voted on. It
turns out that Uncle Eric will be shaved bald after an overwhealming
vote.

Head being shaved got 59% of the vote. Eugene is still in the ring
taunting the audience on.

Coach now tries to change the stipulations up saying that he has the
power to override the fan vote. He states that Bischoff will only be
Eugene's servant for 5 minutes.

Vince McMahon's music is cued. He comes to the ring and says that
there will be no changing that Eric Bischoff's head will be shaved
bald. Eric say's he won't do it and McMahon says that if he doesn't
do it, then he is fired!

Eric is refusing to do it and Vince keeps telling him he will be
fired. Eugene grabs some clippers as Eric finally sits down and
Eugene goes to town on Eric's hair.

Vince now calls Coach back. Vince goes over to the dress. Vince then
tells Coach that the dress is his size and since he tried to change
the stipulations of the match he is gonna wear this dress! Vince
tells him to strip down, because he is gonna wear this damn dress!

We see the coach walking back to the back in his dress and then Vince
rides out Eric Bischoff for coloring his hair, because he has gray
hair when it is short.

Backstage we see HBK getting his leg wrapped and then Edge goes back
there to tell HBK that he could have won the match and that he can't
beat HHH with his injured leg.

Next up we have the Tag Team Championship Match.

We see a quick ad for Survivor Series as the next PPV.

La Resistance vs. Edge & Chris Benoit

La Resistance sings the Canadian National Anthem for us, but then
Benoit and Edge make their way out.

All four men stand in the middle of the ring and face off. The
referee holds up the belts. It looks like Edge will be first up. Edge
goes and chases after Conway and immediatley asserts some offense.
Edge is then met with a knife edge chop but reverses with some big
right hands and then an irish whip into a clothesline.

Edge makes the tag to Benoit.

Benoit takes apart Conway before tagging in Edge once again.

Edge hits a nice suplex and grounds Conway. He then goes to the top
rope, but as he does he gets mad and goes after a fan before being
restrained by Benoit.

Edge has a realy pissed off look on his face as he has all night long
after losing the fan's vote. Edge is back in the ring with Sylvian
and he sends him to the outside of the ring as he goes out and gives
chase. Conway meets him and starts clubbing him over the back and
Benoit comes around to even things out.

Conway into the ring and he takes Edge down and now Sylvian is back
in and then another tag is made where La Resistance uses a double
team on Edge. This match has really slowed down.

Edge finally gets the tag over to Benoit. Benoit comes in with a head
of steam but that is quickly derailed by Sylvian. Benoit is pulled
into the corner of La Resistance as he is double teamed by both men.

Benoit is in trouble and he fights to get a tag to Edge, but when he
finally does, the referee does not see it and sends Edge back to the
ropes.

After that happens, Edge just packs up and starts walking to the
back. Edge has just walked out and Benoit is stuck in the ring by
himself.

The show Edge getting in his car and leaving the arena. It's all up
to Benoit now. Benoit is mounting some offense as he hits a superplex
off the top rope. Both men are down on the canvas as La Resistance is
the first to get up. Benoit shoots up though and hits a German Suplex
on Conway. He then hits two more. Benoit then hooks on the crossface.

I can't believe it. He hits the crossface on Conway and wins the
title!

Winners: Edge? & Chris Benoit

Benoit just won the match by himself after Edge left during the
middle of the match.

Backstage we go to HHH where he talks about how it's crap that the
fans got to pick is opponent and that if HBK's leg is not already
broken it will be after this match is over.

J.R. & King discuss whether or not HBK is faking his injury that he
suffered last night. They show some highlights that did not air on
RAW of HBK needing help out of the ring.

Next up are the two New Divas!

Christy vs Carmella

We see Coach back out on the stage wearing a dress nonetheless this
time. He introduces both Carmella and Christy. There are two cubicals
which the ladies can change in after the stipulations are announced.
Next Coach announces that the cubicals are see-through! He goes
through all three stipulations and the vote is for…..Lingerie Pillow
Fight with 53%, so the ladies are going to change into the Lingerie.

You can actually see the girls taking off their clothes behind the
cubicals. You can see them strip off their panties and all for those
of you who care!

Carmella steps out from behind her's wearing a robe to the ring.
Christy is still changing into her lingerie.

Christy comes out wearing a black robe as she comes down to the ring.
Both ladies take off their robes as Carmella is wearing nothing but a
bra and panties and Christy is wearing a black nightie. Christy
immediatley rips off part of Carmellas outfit as she pulls out the
stuffing in her bra.

This quickly turns into a catfight with both women rolling around in
next too nothing. Christy pins Carmella down for 3 and gets the win,
she then jumps around half naked. Great stuff as you can see.

Winner: Christy

Up next is the main event and a bit early at that.

Triple H vs Shawn Michaels

HHH is first out to the ring. HBK follows him and is favoring his leg
as he is walking out to the ring. HBK backs into the corner from the
get go for support and both men go at it. HBK looks like he is
already hurt.

HBK is really favoring his leg in the early going as HHH starts
working it over by dropping his knee into HBK's.

HHH grabs his leg and hooks on a reverse knee lock and just works on
his leg in the middle of the ring. HHH hooks on an early figure four
as HBK is now fighting for his life. HHH is yelling at the ref to
ring the bell and HBK is pleading with him not to do it. HBK is
trying to get to the ropes and he finally is able to grab the bottom
rope. The referee has to get up and break the hold himself.

HHH is now going to hook on a figure four around the ringpost but HBK
kicks HHH away and then sends him into the ringpost face first two
times.

HBK finally mounting some offense against HHH as he lands a hard
knife edge chop. He then hits a straight right hand, but he can't
leave the ropes because he can't stand up without the support of
them. HBK almost gets a near fall, but HHH is able to kick out.

HBK hits a low blow when the ref is not looking! He then hits a huge
DDT as he plants HHH's face into the ring.

HBK is going up top and he hits a huge elbow off the top rope.
Batista is down to the ring and the referee comes over to get him out
and as he does, HBK hits the sweet chin music on HHH!

Edge hits the ring also and nails HBK with a spear. Edge has taken
HBK down and HHH is still down also. HHH rolls over on HBK and gets
the 3 count to retain the title after Edge basically handed him the
belt.

Winner: Triple H

After the match is over the crowd gives HBK a standing ovation for
his match on one leg. They then go to the back and we see Bischoff
with a shaved head as he is yelling at people backstage about his new
haircut.

I almost forgot after that match that we still have another match to
go. It's strange seeing them place HHH (NOT) in the Main Event so to
speak. Randy Orton and Ric Flair are still to come.

J.R. & King recap the night for us as we gear up for the final match
of the night.

Randy Orton vs Ric Flair

Coach is back on the stage after we see highlights leading up into
the match between Flair and Orton. Coach announces that this match
will be a "Steel Cage Match" as voted on by the fans.

It won very very easily. Flair makes his way down to the ring wearing
his famous robe (black) followed by Randy Orton.

Both men get in the steel cage and quickly Flair gets dirty and hits
a low blow on Orton and then takes Orton down to the mat and begins
to work him over old school style.

Flair prances around the ring and uses an open fist on Orton's
already busted open face. Blood is now running down the face of Randy
Orton as you can see.

Ric Flair is rubbing Orton's forehead only making him bleed more.
This match has been all Flair as he has dominated so far.

Flair now has Orton's blood on his chest and hands and he delivers
some knife edge chops. Orton finally gets some offense as Orton sends
Flair into the steel cage and now he is bleeding badly! Bloodfest it
is!

Both men are trying to get over the top of the cage and both men pull
each other off the cage and back down to the mat. All hell is
breaking loose now, but Flair hits a low blow and gets the advantage
back.

Flair is bleeding old school as his hair has just turned red from the
blood. These guys have blood all over them. Orton hits a dropkick
which sends Flair right back into the steel cage and down to the mat.
Flair gets up and tries to escape but he is caught by Orton.

Flair is getting dirty as he nails Orton with a pair of brass knucks,
which somehow Orton is able to kick out of. Again both men are bloody
as the match continues Flair goes back to his offense.

Flair is trying to get out of the cage through the door and he is
almost out, but before he gets to the mat Orton grabs his leg.

Flair grabs a chair and tosses it into the ring but before he can use
it Orton nails an RKO and gets the 3 count!

Winner: Randy Orton

After the match, Flair gets up and starts screaming at Orton. He then
stares him down bloody as ever while Orton is covered in blood. In a
great moment, Flair extends his hand and gives it too Orton who is
helping Flair stand up. Both men bloody as ever hug each other in the
middle of the ring and the crowd gives a big cheer. Orton's music
kicks up and the show ends, but that was a great way to send it off.

Results for Minneapolis, MN House Show

First thing that happens is Theodore Long comes out and runs down the
card.

Match 1: Chavo defeats Kidman with the Gory Bomb. Chavo got a very
good
face reaction.

Match 2: Reigns/Jindrak defeat The FBI with a double team pancake on
Nunzio. The ending seemed rushed and possibly like the ref screwed it
up.

Match 3: Holly defeats OJ with a roll-up after teases for both
finishers.
Not a great match, but Hardcore did sign autographs before the show so
that's cool.

Match 4: Tag Title Elimination Match: Champs retain. Dudleys are
eliminated with the rolling thunder and Rey is pinned with the
Michinoku
Driver. Best match of the night and the faces run off the heels at
the end.

Match 5: Cruiserweight Title: Spike retains by pinning Funaki while
holding the tights. Very boring. Shannon Moore was also a part of this
match and had very dumb new ring attire.

Match 6: Taker beats Heidenreich with the Tombstone. Worst…. Match…
Ever!

Match 7: US Title: Carlito defeats Eddie via DQ when Eddie uses Cena's
chain on Carlito. Fun match that showcased Carlito's aerial ability.

Match 8: Big Show defeats Angle with the chokeslam. Great match.

Match 9: WWE Title: JBL vs Booker T changes to JBL defeating Taker.
Terrible.

All in all a decent show. Crowd was very hot.

A couple of months ago some of the Smackdown women voiced their
complaings about how they were being used. Rena Mero was the leader
of the complaining group and she is now not working with the company.
Now it looks as if the focus has moved to Torrie Wilson who was also
involved and now appears as if she's receiving some of
the "punishment" for complaining.

2nd Match: Charlie Haas vs. Billy Kidman
It seems that wrestlers are getting the injury bug
just as bad as the NFL is getting it these days, as
Haas is seen with his right leg wrapped up limping to
ringside. Lets go back to the clip from last week
where Kidman almost destroyed Jackie, Haas's main
squeeze. Jackie couldn't make it out to ringside
tonight, due to the pain she is experiencing. Both
men square off, and Kidman is caught by a fury of
rights. Haas slams Kidman's head into the turnbuckle
and Haas goes for a choke hold. The ref. breaks it up
for a second and Haas goes back to work choking the
life out of Kidman. Irishwhip by Haas sends Kidman
hard into the turnbuckle. Haas tries to stay on the
offensive, but Kidman goes right for the injured knee.
Kidman backs Haas into the corner and stomps on the
knee. Haas gets up and fights back with a couple of
rights. Irishwhip reversal by Kidman, who connects on
a kick to the midsection. Kidman then elevates Haas
by his knee and drops him hard. Kidman stays on the
knee and whips it on the steel post. Kidman, going
for the Shooting Star Press, is halted by Dawn Marie??
What's she doing at ringside. It doesn't matter,
however, as Kidman connects and gets the 3 count.
Note: Dawn is just hanging out of her dress…DAMN!!!

Winner: Billy Kidman

Commercial Break:

Back from break, we are shown a clip of Haas being
escorted towards main stage with the help of Dawn.
You can see in plain daylight that Haas has his left
hand on Dawn's booby. I hope this provides a speedy
recovery for the mat technician.

I don't think it'll disappear, Haas is out for around a month, Jackie
will probably be back soon, Im sure her and Dawn will have fights
about what Dawn did with Haas and Smackdown last week, and he did
kind of have a hand full with her if you get what I mean lol so
hopefully they'll continue it, I think it'll be good to watch!

Well Im getting Taboo Tuesday and probably Survivor Series so thats
something. I would like to see Dawn at No Mercy so thanks!

Yeah you do always hear about the friendships backstage and it is
good to see them on TV as well. Like I think a long while ago there
was a discussion about Dawns friendships with Lita and Jazz and how
close they are, too bad Dawn can't really work with them being on
different brands and all.

Yep she's way overdue for a storyline, the Al Wilson
thing showed she could do good stuff even when saddled
with a terrible angle so give her something decent and
she can really shine. Plus working with someone as
smart and versatile as Dawn should help Jackie a lot
as well, they've had some good spirited catfights
these last few weeks! Hopefully the storyline will
continue and not suddenly disappear overnight as
sometimes happens in WWE.

The PPVs haven't been the best these last 6 months or
so, there's been some decent ones but I don't think
there's really been a standout show since Backlash in
April. But don't worry, next time I do a tape for you
I'll put Dawn's match and segment from No Mercy on
there.

I'd been hearing about Dawn and Bubba's friendship for
years so it was nice to finally get a glimpse of it on
TV, as they've rarely been on screen together and when
they were it was as enemies (the Dudleys put her
through a table in ECW). You often read about these
behind the scenes friendships that you don't see on TV
so it was a nice moment.

Yeah, her outfits are always great. If there was an
award for best-dressed Diva, Dawn would definitely be
a favourite to win it!

Smackdown for October 7th began with still shots and a recap of the
No Mercy main event, followed by footage of Heidenreich ramming a
truck into the hearse with the Undertaker inside. After the Smackdown
opening, Tazz and Michael Cole announced that Big Show would face
Mark Jindrak tonight, and JBL would wrestle Hardcore Holly.

U.S. Champion John Cena came to the ring, getting a big hometown
reaction in Boston. Cena put over the Red Sox, Patriots, and himself.
Cena gave respect to Booker T for the best of five series, then said
he was going to get back to "making fun of people". He started making
gay cracks at Michael Cole. Cena then said he wanted to do something
different, and that he was going to pick a fan out of the crowd to
make fun of Cole. However, he was interrupted by the entrance of
Carlito Caribbean Cool, who was carrying an apple.  Cole mentioned
that Carlito is the "son of a legend in Puerto Rico" (Carlos Colon).
Carlito said that Cena winning the title was "cool" then took a shot
at Cena's Red Sox jersey, since they never win anything. Carlito said
he was looking for the coolest person on Smackdown, and said that
Cena was a "punk".  Carlito was about to bite the apple and spit at
Cena, but Cena interrupted him, and compared Carlito to some Yankees
(lots of cheap heat tonight).  Cena said if Carlito was going to try
and spit, he would "make him swallow".  Carlito said that while it
took Cena five matches to win the U.S. Title, it would only take him
one. Cena was ready to go at it right away, but Carlito backed off,
since he wasn't dressed to wrestle. Carlito said they could have the
title match later.  Carlito offered a handshake, but Cena did
his "You can't see me" gesture.  Carlito grabbed Cena's hand, and
DDT'd him.  Carlito then took a bite out of his apple and spat it at
Cena.  Carlito then left the ring, smiling.

After the break, it was announced that Cena vs. Cool was signed for
the U.S. Title later tonight.

Kenzo Suzuki, with Rene Dupree & Hiroko, vs. Rey Mysterio, with Rob
Van Dam.  Kenzo sang "New York, New York" to infuriate the Boston
fans, and tried to get Hiroko & Dupree to do a Rockette-style
kickline.  Rey kicked at Suzuki's legs early, but Kenzo hit a karate
thrust, dodged a moonsault, and hit Mysterio with a boot to the
face.  Suzuki tossed Mysterio from the ring, but RVD prevented Dupree
from going near him.  Back in the ring, Kenzo worked over Mysterio
with an armbar, and pounded him with a forearm.  Kenzo ran into a
Mysterio boot, and Rey took him down with a headscissors.  Rey hit a
springboard cross bodyblock for a two count.  There was some sort of
miscommunication and Suzuki dropped Rey to the mat.  Suzuki went for
a powerbomb, but Rey shifted his weight to land on top of him.  Rey
hit a springboard corkscrew bodypress.  Dupree got on the ring apron,
and Mysterio hit a 619 into his midsection.  Mysterio gave Suzuki a
traditional 619.  Rey went for the West Coast Pop, and Dupree grabbed
his leg from the floor, but RVD kicked Dupree away.  Rey went for the
springboard, and Kenzo caught him by the throat, but Rey floated
around him and rolled up Suzuki for the pin at the three minute mark.
Winner: Rey Mysterio.

The video package on WWE receiving an award from the Make-A-Wish
Foundation was shown.

Backstage, Josh Matthews interviewed John Bradshaw Layfield. JBL
claimed he had no idea that Heidenreich was in the hearse at No
Mercy, or what he had planned for the Undertaker.  JBL then bragged
about his win over The Undertaker. Concerning his match tonight, JBL
said he shouldn't have to face a "redneck" like Hardcore Holly, and
that Holly is crazy.  However, JBL said that since he is a fighting
champion, he will go face Holly tonight for his fans. He tried to get
Matthews to chant "JBL" before leaving.

WWE Champion John Bradshaw Layfield vs. Hardcore Holly.  Holly chased
JBL around the ring before the bell, but JBL stomped him as he
followed him into the ring and the bell rang.  Holly came right back
with a flying forearm and a series of punches, opening up the wound
on JBL's head from No Mercy.  JBL hit a forearm as Holly went for a
backdrop. JBL hit some shots, but Holly came back with chops and a
kick to the head of JBL.  JBL reversed a whip and grabbed Holly in a
fallaway slam. Holly rolled to the floor, and JBL followed and booted
Holly in the head. JBL worked over Holly on the floor, but Holly
reversed a whip and sent Bradshaw into the ringsteps. Holly tossed
JBL back into the ring for a two count. Holly choked JBL against the
ropes, then delivered a vertical suplex for a two count. JBL poked
Holly in the eyes and hit a neckbreaker, then followed with an
elbowdrop for a two count.  Orlando Jordan was walking down to
ringside as Holly rallied with a pair of shoulderblocks and a
backdrop.  Holly hit a dropkick for a two count, then delivered
another suplex and went to the top rope. Holly hit a flying elbowdrop
for a two count. Holly missed a charge in the corner, but ducked
JBL's Clothesline From Hell. Holly hit JBL with the Alabama Slam.
Orlando Jordan grabbed Holly's legs, to keep him from going after
JBL, and JBL rolled out of the ring and walked up the aisle.  While
Holly struggled with Jordan, JBL intentionally got counted out to
keep his title at the six minute mark. Winner via countout: Hardcore
Holly.

Post-match, Holly complained the referee, who didn't see Jordan
hooking Holly's legs, since he was facing the other way when
administering the count on JBL.

A video played hyping the return of Chavo Guerrero in two weeks.

Smackdown General Manager Theodore R. Long confronted Paul Heyman
backstage about the car crash at No Mercy.  Long said that when
the "Jaws Of Life" were used to open up the hearse, there was no
Undertaker inside.  Heyman seemed shocked at the news. Long said that
he wasn't going to suspend or fine Heidenreich, since he knew the
Undertaker was going to take care of his own business. Heyman was
worried, but said Heidenreich isn't afraid of anyone, and he would go
to the ring and read poetry tonight.

The Raw Rebound was shown.

Backstage, Kurt Angle told Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns that his
match with Big Show at No Mercy should have ended when he was counted
out. Angle said that he was also suffering from a bronchial
infection.  Angle said that he would take care of Big Show tonight,
but his doctor's won't let him wrestle.  However, he told Jindrak
that he would be at ringside for him when he faces Big Show tonight.

Theodore R. Long announced that next week JBL will face Hardcore
Holly again, this time under Hardcore Rules, for the WWE Title.

Big Show vs. Mark Jindrak, with Kurt Angle.  Angle joined the
announcers at ringside, but wouldn't say a word. Tazz and Cole kept
talking to him anyway, but he wasn't responding. He just stared at
Big Show. Big Show hiptossed Jindrak into the ring to start the
match, and pounded him. Big Show stood on Jindrak's chest and chopped
him to the mat. Show stood on Jindrak's back, then slammed him to the
mat. Show hit a short-arm clothesline, then stared at Angle, who
stood up.  Show left the ring and stood in front of Angle, who sat
back down.  Show went back into the ring, but Jindrak dropkicked him
as he stepped over the top rope, sending him to the floor.  Jindrak
whipped Big Show into the ringsteps, and rolled him back into the
ring for a two count.  Jindrak stomped and punched Show, who swatted
him away.  Jindrak came back with a dropkick and hammerlocked Show's
arm around the top rope. Show backed Jindrak into a corner, but
Jindrak booted him as Show charged in.  Show blocked a back suplex by
Jindrak, and Jindrak blocked a chokeslam attempt by Show, hitting the
weakened arm. Show flung Jindrak over the top rope and to the floor.
Luther Reigns ran out to ringside, but Eddie Guerrero came out and
started pounding Luther.  Angle got into the ring with a chair, but
Show kicked the chair into Angle's face.  Jindrak came back in, and
Show chokeslammed him for the pin at the four minute mark.  Winner:
Big Show.

Show and Guerrero stared down Angle, Reigns and Jindrak as they left.

Josh Matthews interviewed Carlito Caribbean Cool, asking why he
disrespected John Cena in his hometown.  Carlito made fun of Josh,
then said it was he who was disrespected when Cena refused to shake
his hand. Carlito said that everyone would learn to respect him
tonight and that there would finally be a "cool U.S. champ".

Billy Kidman's win over Paul London, and subsequent assault, from No
Mercy was recapped.

Billy Kidman vs. Charlie Haas, with Miss Jackie.  Haas went to work
on Kidman's arm at the bell, and scored early two counts with a
cradle and a powerslam.  Kidman came back with a Hot Shot and choked
Haas across the middle rope while driving knees into his back. Kidman
put Haas in a chinlock and drove his knee into Haas' back.  Haas
elbowed out, but Kidman threw him to the mat by his head.  Kidman ran
the ropes, but Haas caught him in an exploder. Haas hit some right
hands and a backdrop, then a lariat and flying forearm.  Haas hit a
springboard reverse flying forearm for a two count.  Kidman poked
Haas in the eyes, but Haas battled back.  Haas ran into a Kidman boot
in the corner, and Kidman went to the top rope for a Shooting Star
Press. Miss Jackie ran in and covered Haas.  Kidman got down, argued
with Miss Jackie, and when she tried to slap him, Kidman gave her a
BK Bomb.  Kidman dropkicked Haas from the ring and tossed the referee
from the ring. Result: No contest.

Kidman dragged Jackie to a corner and went to the top rope.  He
looked down at her, but didn't jump, and instead started climbing
down the ropes.  Rico ran in as Kidman walked away, grinning.

After the break, we saw that trainers had to help Miss Jackie back to
the locker room.

Backstage, Orlando Jordan was going to get ice for JBL when he bumped
into Booker T.  Orlando Jordan tried to exchange pleasantries with
Booker and get him to do his catchphrase, but Booker said he wanted
nothing to do with an "ass-kissing, errand boy" like Jordan.  Booker
yelled "Can you did that, sucka?" in Jordan's face, and walked off.

They recapped Heidenreich's activities with the Undertaker at No
Mercy, again.

A video package on the upcoming Tough Enough competition was shown.

Paul Heyman and Heidenreich came to the ring, which made Michael Cole
nervous.  Heyman said that despite the "unsettling" news he received
regarding the Undertaker tonight, he still felt it was time to add
some "culture" to the show.  Heidenreich said that the Undertaker
better not interrupt him during his "poetic masterpiece".
Heidenreich started to read a poem, but the fans were booing him and
he kept stopping and starting over. Heidenreich finally gave up on
the poem and went into the crowd and attacked several "fans". The
show abruptly went to break.

Back from the break, Cole and Tazz apologized for Heidenreich's
actions.

U.S. Champion John Cena vs. Carlito Caribbean Cool.  Cena charged
Carlito before the bell, chasing him out of the ring. As Carlito got
back in, Cena slugged him and the bell rang.  Carlito retreated back
to the floor, but Cena followed and hit a clothesline.  Cena grabbed
a novelty hand to do the "You can't see me" bit, then tossed Carlito
into the ring steps.  Back in the ring, Cena stomped Carlito down in
a corner, then whipped him hard into the turnbuckles.  Cena hit a
delayed vertical suplex, doing knee bends with the suplex before
delivering it. Cena covered Carlito for a one count. Cena slapped,
kicked and pounded Carlito, then hit a backdrop. Cena hit a legdrop
for two. Cena hit a side slam and kicked Carlito to the floor. Cena
sent Carlito into the ringsteps again.  Cena punched down Carlito in
the ring.  Cena charged Carlito, who pulled down the top rope,
sending Cena over the top and to the floor.

Outside, Carlito rammed Cena face first into the ring apron and the
announce table. Carlito broke the count, then stomped Cena on the
floor. Back in the ring, Cena rallied with right hands and kicked
Carlito back to the floor.  Outside, Carlito raked Cena's eyes and
went for a piledriver on the floor, but Cena blocked it and
catapulted Carlito over the security wall and into the crowd.
Carlito was laid out on the floor, and Cena got back into the ring as
the show went to break.

Back from commercial, Cena rammed Carlito into the top turnbuckle,
but missed a flying bodypress.  Carlito hit a neckbreaker and covered
Cena for a two count. Carlito got another two count with a back
elbow, then hit a vertical suplex for yet another two.  Carlito hit
some punches, then delivered a slingshot elbowdrop for another near
fall.  Carlito pounded Cena's neck and applied a sleeper.  Cena
struggled in the hold, and finally backdropped out of it. Both men
were slow to get up, and Cena hit some right hands, a back elbow and
a clothesline.  Cena hit a shoulderblock for two, then a bulldog.
Cena did the "You can't see me" and dropped the Five Knuckle Shuffle
for a two count. Cena pumped up his sneakers and went for an FU, but
Carlito grabbed the top rope to stop it. Cena dumped Carlito and on
the apron and slugged him to the floor.  Carlito grabbed the title
belt and came into the ring, but Cena decked him and picked up the
belt.  The referee stopped Cena from using it, and as the two argued,
Carlito grabbed Cena's steel chain from around the ringpost.  As the
referee returned the belt to ringside, Carlito slugged Cena with the
chain, knocking him out. The referee turned around and counted the
pin.  Winner and new U.S. Champion: Carlito Caribbean Cool.

Post-match, Carlito had the referee strap the belt around his waist,
and put Cena's chain around his neck.

Yeah she deserves, but I haven't seen any of the appearances I don't
order SD PPV's they hardly ever look good and I wanted No Mercy but
couldn't afford it, and to make things even worse my local video
store doesn't get in wrestling DVDs for hire either lol!

Oh okay so yeah it makes sense they'd pair her up with the Dudleys
with the history there.

Yeah the outfit looked great hehehe I loved the little shorts! She
always looks fantastic!

It was classic, what great aim! Yeah she really is very natural,
she's GOT IT! She's awesome to watch! I hope this thing with Gayda

The Dawn Marie Fanlisting no longer exists.

After about a year of not being on PPV I'm so glad
Dawn's been on three this year, she deserves it. Great
American Bash was a pretty weak show for the most part
but her backstage segment with Nunzio and Dupree was
very funny stuff, along with the really good Rey vs
Chavo match it's the main reason to see that show!

Dawn has said that Bubba was like a protective big
brother to her in ECW, he was always keeping an eye on
her and making sure she was okay. You could definitely
see the chemistry between them at No Mercy.

Ha ha, Dawn's outfit was great, it said "Charlie loves
Dawn Marie" on the front and "Dawn Marie loves
Charlie" on the back. She kept pointing at it to annoy
Jackie, funny stuff! Her backstage promo and segment
was very cool too: "Josh, I can't help it if Charlie
is infatuated with me!"

Oh God, that was a classic when she threw the shoe!
She's just such a natural performer, like Lance Storm
always said she knows exactly what to do and when.
It's her timing, the way she moves, her facial
expressions, everything! Some people just have "it",
they're just cool without trying to be, and Dawn is
definitely one of them.

It's a fairly old pic, it's been around on the net for
quite a few years...it's probably from when she was in
ECW. She's smiling for the camera and has a cigarette
in her hand.

WWE just sent out this press release announcing a new match for Taboo
Tuesday:

Fans Who Watch "Taboo Tuesday™" PPV Decide Who Contends for WWE®
World Heavyweight Title and WWE Intercontinental Title, What Divas
Wear in Battle Royal, and Much More

STAMFORD, Conn.–Oct. 5, 2004– World Wrestling Entertainment® today
announced that the first-ever Interactive Pay-Per-View, "Taboo
Tuesday," will air on Tuesday, October 19, at 8 p.m. (ET), and will
take fan involvement in WWE events to a new level.

"Taboo Tuesday is the most revolutionary PPV concept in history,"
said Kurt Schneider, Executive Vice President, Marketing. "The
interactivity in Taboo Tuesday will put our fans in control of the
action like never before."

During the RAW®-Branded "Taboo Tuesday," viewers will control the
fates of some of their favorite RAW Superstars. Using their personal
computers to vote while logged on to wwe.com, some of the decisions
fans will make during the PPV include:

Which three Superstar contenders will challenge Triple H® for the WWE
World Heavyweight Championship.
Which RAW Superstars will get a chance to face Chris Jericho® for the
