Hey Dude,
I see you're carrying the camera now. Very cool.
Some of your shots look like mine now.
http://homepage.mac.com/timothyhuber/downhill/iMovieTheater88.html
I attached a handle to my camera to make it easier to
hold. It screws into the bottom of my video camera,
and is about 100mm long. Before I started using the
handle, I'd accidentally bump the power switch or zoom
button.
Got any new roads to skate? There are several roads
in SoCal that just got paved, and we're waiting for
them to cure before we skate them. Too slick right
now. The rains need to wash off the top layer of oil
first.
You guys don't use brakes. I'm the only SoCal skater
that doesn't use a heel brake. Mt. Baldy is the most
difficult road we skate, and so far, I'm the only
skater to do it with no brakes. Its very dangerous.
15% grades into hairpin turns with cliffs and rocks on
the roadside.
my email is timothyhuber@... . send me links to
your new vids.
peace out

Yes the rare endangerd 6 wheel frame is more exotic than origanlly stated!
The frame is a 6 x 84, so obviously you can put anything smaller than an 84mm if you like. The frame price is $280.00 and our order will be manufactured especially for the audience who is receiving this notice and downhillers around the entire globe. I don't think the manfacturer will give us this oppurtunity again since this was done before and pretty much tends to be useful only to the downhill skaters.
Please let me know by COB on Friday evening 10/26.
P.S. If you see only 7-8 movies on the Google Video search, you have a little problem in the preferences of Google Video search system. To fix that: Please check Preferences -> Do not filter my search results -> Save Preferences. And Now, you can see all of our movies (37 movies).
This will most likely be the last of the 2007 Maui series of Video for public consumption. In this video we start dropping below the Alpine line into the switchbacks.

Now I'm even more bummed... I was really planning on going, but
unfortunately I need to have ACL surgery on my right knee and
hopefully just cleaning up the medial meniscus and Baker's cyst in the
left... MRI for the left on Wed. and appt with the 2nd orthopedic
surgeon whom I haven't met yet on Thurs (he's been recommended by my
other orthopedic surgeon to do the ACL surgery).
I will be thinking of you, wishing I were there!!! You guys have a
great time!!!

Hello Karlsbad,
The manufacturer is *Rollerblade*, the model is e4.4. There E series
skates were there top of the line hard boot skates which are no longer
being produced. They are not easy to find because of that. It is a
preferred model by some of the NorCal downhill inline skaters like Dave.

Thanks Dave but I mean the direct link to the manufacturer. Is the name
e4x4s? Can't find it on web.
I'd be looking for new direct from mfr mens boots.

Hi Everybody - my co-worker Megan is joining us tonight on her quads. Megan's with several SF Derby teams (Oakland Outlaws, Richmond Wrecking Belles, and San Francisco She-vils) and coaches for the San Jose Derby league. She wants to check us out tonight so please welcome her and help her have a fun time.
Her rink name is PANDA monium :)
See you tonight.
PS Any mistakes in team names or affiliations are soley the fault of the writer and not the Derby skater.

I am providing skates and safety gear for them. They are excited about skating tonights skate. Come on out and let's make it really fun for all

The San Francisco Inline Marathon is really starting to explode, so you will want to be in on the excitement! As we continue to pick up sponsors (sanfranciscoinlinemarathon.com), people continue to sign up!
Mark my words, this will become the premier race on the West Coast, but only if skaters like you continue to sign up to make it the event it can be!
You talk about sponsors – Even if you aren’t one of the lucky winners of a free weekend, courtesy of Enterprise Rent-a-Car, you will have a discounted car from Enterprise, with a cup holder, to drink your complimentary Peet’s Coffee, to park at your discounted stay at the Best
Western, after you may be the lucky winner of a 6-month membership at 24-Hour Fitness! The goodies are stacking higher than the Transamerica Pyramid!
Remember, this is a FLAT, SMOOTH course, so it is built for raw speed!!!
See the posting below, while this is not only inline, this event is going to be one of the best oppotunites to compete in a downhill race. This is a multi day event on a course that is lower speed, but due to it's distance and widing curvy road we stand to have one of the most competitive downhill inline races ever!
I hope that some of you who have raced downhill in the past will consider joining the competition and have a really great trip to Washington state. This could be epic!
Longbranch, WA. --- Volcanic Promotions is pleased to announce, the “Maryhill Festival of Speed”, a unique, five day, multi-discipline, gravity sports festival
that will take place from September 11-15, 2007.
The “Maryhill Festival of Speed “will be much more than just a race. Competitors will spend five days in a festival type of atmosphere with a rider’s tent, athlete party, live entertainment, campground and three days of free riding in addition to the World Cup event. The Maryhill Historic Loops Road is known as one of the premier venues for gravity racing in North America because of the challenging hairpin corners, high speeds and perfect pavement. Web Site coming soon.
The skater crowd has been a little thin lately, missed a lot of good skating nights for the Friday Night skate.
Com'on out and have a skate tonight!

There are flats and steeps but all of it is wide which means there are plenty of line options depending on how effective your braking and accelerating is. With so many options for moving laterally on the track, this course will be a technical and tactical challenge instead of just a survival contest.
This course will test starting skill, striding at top speed skill (the top section looks like it's nearly flat for about a quarter mile),
turning, braking and accelerating after braking not to mention tucking. Imagine how demanding it's going to be to tuck through Turn 4 to the finish after pounding your legs by starting hard, striding at 20+ mph, braking to 10mph for 3 hairpins and then turning and pushing to accelerate 3 times

The fourth race of the five race IGSA California Championship series
was held at Bonelli Park, California in hot, sunny weather. There were
many new racers, and IGSA crossed another milestone by having over 450
skaterboarders racing around the world in the last year.
The skateboard races included crashes but no injuries. John Rogers
used his fast tuck for another first place in the large field.
The inline race was a shoot out between the top three in the current
IGSA standings. In the first heat Scott jumped out ahead at the start,
but the pack stayed close. Dave attempted and early pass, but Scott
and Warren’s train was faster, so Dave jumped on the caboose. At the
finish, Dave and Warren broke out too late for the pass and Scott held
on for the win. In the second start, Scott jumped out to a bigger
lead, and Dave and then Warren pulled slingshot passes to finish 1-2.
In the third run, everyone was wary and started slow. The finish was
the same as the second run, and Dave won the race. Scott took second
place in a tiebreaker based on his fastest qualifying time.
In street luge Brian Lee won all of his heats and the race.
Inline Downhill:
1 Dave Lambert
2 Scott Peer
3 Warren Focke
Street Luge:
1 Brian Danger Lee (Utah)
2 Dave Rogers
Classic Luge:
1 Justin Tolman
2 Christian
3 Scott Peer

(watch silverfish longboarding for a full story and photos)
On May 19th the downhill race will be occur at the San Dimas location on the faster race course which under certain conditions allows for Inline speeds exceeding 50mph.
This event was added to the California Series, extending the race to 5 events. Last weekend the 4th event of the series was held. For inline the finishing results were # 1 David Lambert, # 2 Scott Peer and # 3 Warren Focke.
We hope that some of the inline downhillers will take up their skates and roll downhill on the 19th, for exciting downhill inline racing in LA. This course is a good course for all levels of inline downhill ability due to it's very wide and marginaly straight road used.
Hope to see you all out two weeks in LA, make a weekend trip out of it!
