Anyone want to ski-blade ski or snowboard this Sunday. I was up last Sunday and

I hope you are all healed up and skating. I checked out some of the comments on his vid and the other skaters seemed in awe of him. His style was very fluid I thought and wondered if this was the greatest hits of the day of skating of just the way he always skates.
When I was up there last fall I just knew there was a great downhill in that area, I just looked in the wrong place. I am gonna go camping up there and skate Crab Tree Rd. If you happen to see him maybe you could ask him about a scouting report. One of these day I am gonna find enough downhills to make a Sierra Downhill Adventure from Tahoe to GMR. Now that would be a good Skate to LA

I plan on skating Pine Flat Rd on Dec 20th,Sunday. My best friend Karl, is in a
surfband and opening for Dick Dale in Santa Cruz that night so I will be out
there anyway. If I get good video I will make a music video with a surf song of
theirs that tey play that night.

Hi Skaters,
You missed a great skate Sunday, except for the rain and only getting 2 runs.
But the point is that they repaved the bad bit on the top 1/2!!! Every part
that used to suck is now butter, Birthday Butter for me! We skated in the rain
on the top bit a little bit so did not go much faster than normal but we did go
faster, even in the rain.
I plan on going back there at least once before X-mas. When I get that date
nailed down I will send out an e-mail

If you can make it out for some downhill skating in the SF Bay Area please come
on out. I am open to other places if the pavement is smooth and fast but I do
like Pine Flat Rd in Felton and/or Hwy 9 above the City of Saratoga. This is a
B-Day skate and I am gonna try to skate 46 miles downhill this year. If you

Tom is going to the Sierra Nevada to skate The Mormon Emigrant Trail Road.
I am leaving Saturday night or early Sunday morning and coming back Monday night or sometime Tuesday. Ron and Warren, if you want to come up you are welcome to come along. I will have a driver with me for shuttle runs. Sorry but nobody besides Ron responded to this skate invite and I really, really want to do my Sierra skate and my friend Karl called last night and said lets' go, so I am going Anyone who would like to come up and play is welcome. Bikes are just as much fun as skates on this road.

Does anyone remember skating down Franklin Street? I do, I crashed going down
it last Friday cause I thought the Vallejo St repaving was complete, but I was
wrong. Today they finished. There had been a trench there off and on all
summer. Maybe if any downhillers are on the Friday night skate next Friday we
could skip Ft Mason and go do a run down Franklin together for old times sake.

I am afraid I may not get to skate any night skates for a while. I am moving to Menlo Park to take care of an elderly lady so I will only be able to do Weekend daytime downhills. Hopefully someone will have time to do those soon!
