I see that there weren't any results posted for the South African
Schanskop Downhill National event that took place September 24-26 in
Pretoria and it appears that there were no inliners at the Indigo 1000
Downhill Valley of 1000 Hills National event that took place April
9-11 in Durban, SA.
As Warren metioned there is a SA National and a World Cup scheduled in
December.
If Allan, Marlon, Cisco, and Attila did attend the National event in
September and do attend the National and World Cup in December, then
they will really move up the ranks here.
Listed is the least and most amount of points each can potentially
earn (based on 4 racers):
Allan Gray - 1320.75 to 1400.61
Marlon Avontuur - 1308.51 to 1388.37
Cisco Avontuur - 1302.70 to 1382.56
Attila Hery - 1297.40 to 1377.26
And if each finish in the same order as they did in the March
Blackhill Downhill event, then their points would be as follows:
Allan Gray - 1400.61
Marlon Avontuur - 1346.51
Cisco Avontuur - 1320.92
Attila Hery - 1297.40
So, Allan is the only one that can potentially overtake Dave's 1st
place.
And this is all based on *if* they attended the Schanskop Downhill
National event that took place September 24-26 in Pretoria, since
results were never posted for this event. If not then points from
their Regional event, the Noordhoek Downhill, that took place October
2-3 in Cape Town would come into play, that is also *if* they attended
that event.
If this is the case, then the least and most amount of points each can
potentially earn (based on 4 racers and 1 WC, 2 NA, 1 RG):
Allan Gray - 1239.13 to 1312.51
Marlon Avontuur - 1226.89 to 1300.27
Cisco Avontuur - 1221.08 to 1294.46
Attila Hery - 1215.78 to 1289.16
And if each are to finish in the same order as they did in the March
(again based on 4 racers and 1 WC, 2 NA, 1 RG):
Allan Gray - 1312.51
Marlon Avontuur - 1261.81
Cisco Avontuur - 1237.83
Attila Hery - 1215.78
