Alasdair,

Your comments look fine to me.

It looks encouraging, but our councils have a dreadful track record of making the right noises and doing absolutely nothing. They need an enormous kick up the backside.

Dear all,

See below. We have now received the Scrutiny committee’s report for the recent scrutiny of Hertfordshire’s Cycling Policy. It isn’t very long so please have a quick read through and tell me if you have any comments. You only need read  from page 3 to page 7.

My comments are in red (if you can’t see them click on the “Review” tab in Word and select “Final Showing Markup”). Please let me know your thoughts. If you disagree, let me know, if you think my comments are spot on, again let me know, if I have missed anything out please again, let me know.

You can download the report here. I have also put copies in the file space of the CTC_East, HertsCycleCampaigni ng, Cycle_Hitchin and HitchinTransportPla n groups (the document that you want is the final report, the executive response is an extract of the report).

If you would like to refer to the excellent Hertfordshire Cycling Strategy, click on the link.

Comments back as soon as possible please. Tina, could you put the above on the Campaign page please ?

Regards
