Free Ferry to France and Start of Summertime Rides   Message List

Dear all,

Fancy a free trip to France, or taking part in one of the biggest local non-competitive cycle events ? Read on.

To celebrate the Tour de France's arrival on British soil, Sea France are giving out FREE cycle crossings to France for bike week, plus discounted car crossings and other deals.

Visit http://www.seafranceuk.net/mailout/cycling/tdf_site/special.htm for details.

This weekend is the annual "Start of Summertime" rides organised by the CTC. Starting at Fairlands Valley, Stevenage, you have a choice of  62, 115 or 210 km (that is 40, 72 or 130 miles in old money) routes. For more details and an application form see http://www.stevenagectc.info/site/ssosspage.htm . I shall be there, towing two small children round the 62 km route.

Regards
