Regarding the ice times, the rink lists the time we get the ice, so
the zamboni is supposed to be done by then. If people show up a bit
early, we can prep the hacks ahead of time, and with a few extra hands, cut
down the setup time and get curling earlier.

Elliot, unless there is additional help in
setting the hacks and pebbling the ice the best ice prep time estimate is 45
minutes from start to throwing the first rock.

The rink has given us a set of
seven dates for league play. All are
on Saturday evenings, but with varying start times. Here are the
dates and times that we get the ice (for setup - curling will start
about 20-30 minutes later):
11/17/07 9:00 pm
12/1/07 5:30 pm
12/8/07 9:15 pm
1/5/08 7:00 pm
1/12/08 7:00 pm
2/2/08 7:00 pm
2/23/08 7:30 pm
There will be an 8th slot, but that hasn't been set yet. We have
the same deal for the ice as we did for the summer, so the cost for
the league should be $150 per player, or $600 per team. I will
confirm this shortly.
If you think you want to play, either as an individual or as a pre-
assembled team, please send me an e-mail to let know so I can get a
head count.
Thanks!
