Well Tom, considering that I am not a professional curler, I don't see
how that applies.
I checked the message board the day off the event and there was
nothing to my memory that stated the event was cancelled.
Secondly, I received no message stating there were flyers and didn't
know about the flyer until it was mentioned in passing. I may have
overlooked it, I will accept that possibility, however.
While I understand that you are personally unwilling to be liable and
wouldn't risk that - hell, I wouldn't either - but if I can't express
disappointment in something, then what's the point of having an opinion?
We are all people, not robots. And this message board should be to
express ALL views, not just those of approval.
We live in a world were attorney's control our lives, and quite
frankly, it gets rather tedious.
As is having to defend myself for having to disappoint a 7 year old
who was allowed to play in one instance, but not in another and
doesn't understand the difference.
