I wish you would try to stay pofessional about this. You were
apparently the only one who missed the messages about the first event
being postponed,. Also, the flyers about the age limit were posted at
the arena and online the first week of march - 4 WEEKS beforehand! Not
2 days. A couple of simple glances to our Yahoo group would have saved
you much trouble and confusion.
I know and understand you are upset that we won't llow your son to curl
in Simi Valley. As the club president, I can be held personally liable
for making exceptions to our policies - and I won't take that risk.
After speaking with an attorney, I made that call, not the club. If you
are mad, get mad at me, but please don't take this to the court of
public opinion. It is not fair to our club and I will defend it.
