Very nice bike.

Using a rigid front fork can lower the overall height of the bike, and lowering
the rear shock adjustment can get you a reasonable seat height.

When installing the seat make sure the seat mount metal is insulated from the
carbon fiber to prevent fretting damage to the frame.

Looking forward to seeing how it comes out.

... You can only have a diskbrake if your fork has diskbrake tabs in the right side of the fork. The reason is that when you turn your fork arround and mount...

Yep - I also tried to get disc brakes on both wheels but as the front fork is inverted when fitting a conversion kit, I could not fit disc brakes on the front...
