Hello...

The unloaded seat height for the Sofrider is about 25 inches. it
compresses to about 24 inches beacause of the suspension when you're
seated.

I will measure the BB height for you when the front triangle is
adjusted for a 41 inch x-seam and get back to you.

The Sofrider is very versatile... I'm sure we can find a comfortable
set of adjustments for you.
