SORRY, Big clumsy fingers......
Has anyone out there every filed a complaint against a business using the Better Business Bureau. I JUST filed a complaint against Sam Ash over an add they had offering a DJ package which was supposed to include a particular software. When I went to pick-up the equipment, they said that the software that they advertised should not have been included in the package. JUST wondering if any bruhz/bors have had success with the BBB.
