To all the down brothers of the Maroon and Gold,

As we all know by now the picnic is Saturday August 16th, at 63rd Hayes Drive. Thanks to the bros who sent in money. However, I have not received money from a lot of you. With the time being tight, if you cannot send money please bring something to the picnic.  If we do not have enough funds the shirts will not be ordered. Therefore, everyone will need to bring some maroon and gold of their own to wear ( shirts,jerseys, etc).The list below is some of the items we will need. Please let me know what you can bring so I can check items off. Please call me if you need to at 847 373-5813. Lets show everyone how the Bunch does it. Yum

Tables

Chairs

Generator (may have to rent)

Beer and Liqour (Last year it was dry out there and that is unacceptable)

Meats (Please be considerate of the bros who may not eat beef and/or pork when buying hot dogs etc.)

Bottled Water,Pop

Plates, Trays, etc.
