What a bunch of bullshit, you fucking prick. You weren't dedicated nor are you a good teacher of ANYTHING. You have no tact or people skills. You handle every situation the same stubborn, fundamentalist christian conservative way.

 

Number one - about the drug use. Shut the fuck up if you don't smoke weed or drink like some of us do. Its a personal choice and not once have we ever tried to get you to smoke with us. And if anyone would have ever made a comment like that, it's because you put yourself in a situation where you would be around us while we were smoking. The single exception to that was in Springfield at Frostbite, and I heard enough bitching from everyone about us smoking in the bathroom that I learned not to do it again. All that bullshit about how "some of us" think ultimate = pot is a bullshit copout.  Nice one - everyone knows who smokes, you moron, why not come right out and say it?) You have no fucking spine and you're blaming your own shitty leadership on others. I'm definitely making sure everyone involved in Omaha ultimate sees the email you just sent out.

 

Number two - non UNO involvement - Ryan Mullen is more dedicated to the UNO team than you are, dumbass. Say what you want about Elvis and Joy, I doubt they even considered themselves part of the team anyway. But who would, with the way you handle yourself as the leader of the team. If you had a problem with all the responsibilities that came with the job, you shoulda said so earlier.

 

Aaron, you're a fucking idiot and I hope this team never sees you on the field again. You're gutless, you're mentally weak on the field, and you're a liability to improving our team. You treat people like they're below you, and I really don't doubt that you truly believe that. Have fun playing summer league and pickup only, I doubt you'll find a traveling team that can put up with your shit.

 

To the rest of the team - we'll need to talk about what to work on for this spring season, namely recruiting new people (which Aaron was awful at, had no interest in doing, and even if he had an interest, new players would be turned off because he's an asshole in the first place), bolstering turnout at practices, and making practices worth going to. I doubt UNO will have enough of a team to go to Harvest Moon, as the club team has a bid and that is my top priority as well as Hopp, Mikey, Mullen, Watson, and Beau.

 

Anyways, hope everyone is ready to start out the spring season on a clean slate after we elect a new captain and we get shit rolling. Practice is on tomorrow at 4 at Elmwood, same place we have been the last week or so. If we don't have enough to practice, we can just talk about what we want to get accomplished before winter rolls around, or whatever.
