The brass policy is not working quite as we had planned. Even though not everyone is staying to claim their brass, there has been zero brass left for people who may want some at a later date. Lloyd also has brass in the barn from other events that he is saving for people. Therefore:
No brass will be removed from the range without clearing it with Lloyd first.

There have been complaints the details of which I will not go into. Suffice it to say that everyone is entitled to the brass that they shot, no more and no less. A shooter's brass is his property. We cannot slow down the match to allow everyone who wants it to shag their brass after they shoot to ensure they get it. Therefore, we decided at the monthly club meeting tonight to return to the way we have always handled brass.During the match we will ensure the match runs smoothly. We will help tape and reset steel. We will help score and run shooters as safety officers. We will not shag brass during the match. After the match is complete and the props are all put away, we will pick up brass and all the brass will be brought into the barn. At that time, those shooters who want their brass may sort and recover the brass that they shot, no more and no less.Thank you for your cooperation. We are members of a club who come together to enjoy a common pursuit. As a club we will ensure that all who want their brass get to take it home with them after the match is completed.
