Just a quick note, I know of 9 TEXAS shooters that attended this year's IDPA National Championship held at Allentown, PA, and 7 "got wood". They are:
CDP/SS 1st place: Ryan Taylor-San Antonio
CDP/SS 4th place: Dave Wallace-San Antonio
CDP/SS 9th place: Duane Hemphill-San Antonio
CDP/SS 10th place: Iron Mike Webb-San Antonio
ESR/MM 1st place: Gregg Kratochvill-San Antonio
ESP/EX 4th place: Alan Colley-Leander
