I think the rule is that a school can use one neutral-site game as a "home
game" for the purposes of counting attendance each year. As I interpret
the rule, Arkansas can also claim the game as part of their home
attendance figure. Even if that is wrong, Arkansas is doing a big favor
for ULM. Most likely, that means that ULM is getting no gate money for
the game, but I do not know all of the details.

Interesting topic, I believe I read where Arkansas will play Louisiana-Monroe in Little Rock with UL-M as the "Home" team. There needs to be some NCAA ruling...
