Pretty self evident that the actual law is meaningless, in that the
current "officials" will "interpret" the actual law to mean whatever
(the hell) they WANT it to say. Then "enforce" it as they WISH it to
be, leaving YOU to sort it out (i.e. pay and lose time) to what the
actual law as intended to be.

Getting to the "truth" in this thread was like pulling teeth and
happened ONLY after the "official" was backed into the corner.
