I have found the NRA manuals sold by caliber to be very good
a wide range of bullet types and powder. and sold by cal. you have what you need
without excess.

I find that I use several manuals, because you can find loads for different
weight bullets, and cast, and jacketed bullets, with a variety of powders,
and primers.
I especially like the Hornady, Speer, Lyman, and Sierra manuals.
