I just wanted to remind everyone that entries for our meet on October 4th are due next Friday, September 26. Please send those entries to this email or msb3d@.... The meet information sheet is wrong (do not send the entries to belitat@...).
Also, for those of you who have expressed at least some interest in our home meet on October 4th, we are trying to decide what kind of concessions
we are going to have. I wanted to find out from you all which one of the following ideas would work best for your team:
- have a concession stand open that is run by the sports complex that will sell items
- up the entry fee by $10 and have our team provide a table of free food for all teams
- or designate a certain item for each team to bring for a concession table that will be free for all teams
If you plan on attending, let me know which would work best for your team! Also, I just realized that I did not completely change the contact info on the meet information sheet from last year to this year's. All meet entries can be emailed to this email address or to msb3d@.... Thank you so much, and I look forward to hearing from you all!
Hey everyone!
GCSU is hosting their fall meet Sept. 20, 2008!Just wanted to remind
you that it's not too late to sign up! Let us know if your team will be
joining in on the fun!

I am so sorry for another email, but I just want to let you all know that we are changing the date of our meet to November 15-16th because, as we scheduled our meet last spring we didn't take into account Homecoming (I know, big weekend and pretty important). I hope you all can still make it. Please let me know if there's a conflict with a break of yours or anything else, as we want as many of you to come as possible!! Thank you, and we're so excited for this year!!
Thanks!
Krista Montes de Oca, President Elon Club Swimming
Hey! I've received a lot of emails expressing interest in our swim meet on October 4th. I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to some of yall sooner. Instead of individually responding to everyone, I wanted to send out a mass email. I have posted the entry form for the meet under "2008 Radical Relays". We are still working out the exact time of the meet, but I've also attached a meet info sheet anyway so that you all have a general idea of the details until we set the time for sure next week. If the time changes, I will notify everyone with that change. Let me know if you have any questions! This is a really fun meet and I hope you all can attend!
Dear Yahoo! Group Members,
There are 90 members to this yahoo group and much fewer who update the group's
calendar. There are about 200 club contacts around the country who would like
to stay up
on collegiate club swimming news and meet announcements.
Last year I kept a Google Calendar for ALL (sanctioned or not) collegiate club
swimming
meets and will do that again.
I have started a comprehensive email list for collegiate club swimming news. I
will keep
SEPARATE LISTS for ASA U. teams and for other teams and send ASA U.-specific
announcements to the ASA U. list only.
Please sign up for this new email list that will help you reach more clubs with
your
announcements. To sign up, copy the entire link below:
