Dear Club Officers,

UVA is now accepting entries for the 3rd Annual ASA University League National
Championships April 14-15, 2007. This will be a prelim-final meet offering:

• a full slate of events at UVA's state-of-the-art indoor Olympic-size
natatorium swum in
a 10-lane, 25 yard course
• walkouts and award presentations
• medals for individuals and
• team trophies

ASA U. Nationals meet records are now up on the ASA U. website!
(click "NATIONALS" in the sidebar)

Check them out and set your sights on records, which will be announced when
broken at
this year's meet, or come back to defend your own record.

Events include:
25s, 50s, 100s, and 200s of each stroke
100, 200, 400 I.M.
500, 1650 Free
200 and 400 free and medley relays

As always, Nationals will be sanctioned by the American Swimming Association.
We
appreciate ASA's:

• Support of club swimming with the formation of our collegiate-club league
• Easy-to-host, easy-to-run meet formats
• Sanction (at no cost) of our National Championships
• Sponsorship of our National Championships
• Promotional, organizational, financial, and administrative support of our
National
Championships
• Low-cost individual memberships
• No-cost team registrations.

Our club is excited about hosting this meet. We will go all-out to make this
the best ASA
U. Nationals ever and to conduct the meet professionally in every aspect. We
are excited
that so many more clubs are coming on board this year and the recognition and
promotion ASA has gotten for ASA U. Nationals in the media and other swimming
organizations throughout the U.S.
