Jon ~ Did you really expect to run fast at a distance you've not
training for? Wasn't the 4-miler just a small building block toward
a Boston Marathon qualifier? Don't lose sight of the true target by
lusting after inappropriate results for distances you're not
training for.
The diaper pail (4-miler) is not a cookie jar (marathon)!
