Sun: 4 miles. 1.5 mile warm up to track. 800 meter vomit test. 800 meter warm
down on track. 1.5 mile warm down back home.
Tues: 8 x 400 at 171-175 HR. with 400 rests in between. Approx. .75 warm up
and .5 mile warm down. Total miles approx. 5 miles.
Wed: Easy 5.5 miles.
Sat: 10.1 miles in 1:35. (Don't have my exact time with me).
First week: 24.6 miles. Accomplished two most important parts of first week: 10
mile long run and 8 x 400 track workout.
