I am in the last week of my buildup before I start a 12 week training program
for the Peachtree Road Race on July 4.
I ran 8.1 miles the last three weekends.
I have run 3-4 days each of the last six weeks. Typically 3-5 miles each
outing. I have mixed in a little tempo running hear and there.
My 12 week program starts 4/12. I used a Running Times program as a template
and I am still tinkering with the actual workouts based on my work schedule,
etc.
I need to start using my HRM again, so I may be doing a vomit test this week.
