Coach and Maniacs,

It was good to see everyone. Hope everyone who attended had a good
race. I ran what I expected to do without killing myself on it.

The rain was awful though certainly could have had a better time
running it without it. Thankfully that is my last marathon, I will do
Boston this coming year (I did qualify) but will go and just run with
some friends and hopefully just take it easy on it.

It was a real pleasure to see everyone Friday night as we brought to
groups together to meet.
